Forastera, meaning “stranger,” reflects our role as a new presence in the agave space. Symbolized by the coyote on the label, embodying mystery and resilience. Crafted from hand selected lots of agave spirit produced in Mexico and blended on site by Trillium Distilling Company, Forastera balances traditionally expressive ripe agave character with a brighter, herbal profile. The result is a versatile spirit equally suited for sipping neat or elevating your favorite cocktails.

NOSE: Hints of citrus and light florals layered with cooked agave and a fleeting touch of smoke.

PALATE: Honeyed herbs and white pepper lead into light smoke, stewed agave, and a soft, creamy vanilla sweetness.

FINISH: Citrus blossom and cracked pepper with a soft, rounded mouthfeel.
