We proudly present this small batch offering as the cornerstone of our New England whiskey, defined by the marriage of distillation science and the art of blending. This blend of straight bourbon whiskeys ranges in age from a minimum of four up to seven years and is a marriage of three award-winning mash bills: 75% Corn / 21% Rye / 4% Malted Barley, 60% Corn / 36% Rye / 4% Malted Barley, and 78% Corn / 10% Rye / 12% Malted Barley

NOSE: Jasmine and sweet apple dominate upfront followed by vanilla and rich notes of licorice root.

PALATE: Molasses and raspberry with brown sugar and toffee drizzled chocolate bundt cake finished with warming clove spice.

FINISH: Bold flavors transition to a soft finish of red fruit and baking spices with hints of lingering tobacco.
